MOOD EVENTS
Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland - we are a small, but perfectly formed Event Design team of stylists, design junkies and décor aficionados. We are purveyors of pretty, and makers of magical events.
With Mood Events you can rely on a knowledgeable, design led team of crafty creatives that will have stacks of secrets up their sleeves when it comes to creating that magical event, fairy tale wedding, or beautifully styled advertising campaign or editorial.
With our wedding and event design services you can benefit from our ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ of event hire stock – we carry an extensive selection of table decorations, furniture, fine linens, chair covers, drapes, dance floors, lighting and props. From small and intimate affairs to large corporate events, we can provide services as simple as napkin hire for a private dinner, to table decorations for events of 1,000+ guests, all delivered with the same level of expertise and attention to detail.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Mel is mum to Blayr, Delphine and hu-mum to Mabel the Bearded Collie. A self-confessed perfectionist, obsessive over design details - lover of dogs, podcasts, architecture, 80’s music, spending time in the sea and snowy places.
As a qualified Display Artist and Interior Designer, Melanie’s experience and expertise has been in demand for over 25 years – creating, staging and styling events and displays for some of the UK and Irelands most well-known brands, in Dublin, Belfast and London’s West End. Subsequently, Melanie has been involved in various styling projects for print, commercial and editorial for a collection of Irelands finest hotels and global drinks brands.
